A beautiful and nourishing balm that hydrates and has made my skin glow, I have applied every night for the last 3 weeks since it arrived, it smells divine, helps to plump up my skin- I love it so much I just bought my sister one. I have sensitive skin and it has not reacted badly. Highly recommend, a little goes a long way

The best thing about using this serum is how my skin feels the next morning, so unbelievably soft, makeup sits beautifully and evenly, or I don’t wear it bc I feel dewy! It’s helped me with minor pigmentation and uneven skin tone and I can absolutely tell the difference when I’m not using it.

Sorry to say i wasnt keen on the scent and couldnt smell patchouli at all. Disappointed to be honest. It was nice to get the lemon oil as a free gift but as its toxic to dogs i cant use it in my diffuser.
Wish i could be more positive as i do like to support local enterprise.

I’m very sorry to hear that the scent of the Sea Buckthorn Skin Elixir wasn’t what you were hoping for, and that the lemon essential oil gift wasn’t suitable for your home. I completely understand how disappointing that can feel.
With our facial formulations, we follow industry recommended safety guidelines, using essential oils at a maximum of 0.5% for facial care. Patchouli is included at this safe level and is the final ingredient in the blend, so while its aroma is quite subtle and not intended to perform like a perfume it offers beautiful skin-supporting benefits such as helping to calm, balance, and support mature or dry skin.
That said, your experience matters to us. I’ll be organising a full refund for your balm shortly.
Regarding the lemon distilled essential oil, if you’re unable to use it in a diffuser due to your dog which is completely understandable, here are a couple of alternative ways you might enjoy it safely.
DIY Natural Cleaning Spray
1 cup water
1 cup white vinegar
10 to 15 drops lemon essential oil.
Combine in a glass spray bottle, perfect for kitchen benches or sinks and works a treat on glass stove tops and oven doors.
Lemon Hand Scrub
½ cup sugar or fine salt
¼ cup olive or coconut oil
5 to 8 drops lemon essential oil.
Mix together and store in a small jar for occasional use, this one is wonderful for cleaning and refreshing your hands after a day in the garden.
Or of course, it can also be passed on to a friend or family member who enjoys citrus oils

I'm loving the Galens Cold Cream with luxurious rose and divine honey and beeswax for my skin. I have been using it every day ... as a make-up and sunscreen remover; as a night cream; and as a body moisturiser. It's heavenly. The texture is thick and rich, but not at all oily. It leaves akin feeling so smooth and soothed. This is truly a magical cream.

This cleanser is so light and silky. It’s very easy to apply and the grime that’s lifted is easy to see on the cotton pads I use to wipe it off. It’s perfect for my sensitive skin. My face feels clean and fresh, ready for serum and moisturiser. Thank you Lisa for, as always, outstanding products.

I have the "Dream" and Radiant" blends and my gosh, they are just the most divine, beautiful blends. I use them on my pulse points daily. I often have compliments on how nice I smell! Easy to use and the scent lasts most of the day. Highly recommend!

I have never used a "cold cream" as such but have heard good things about using it as a make-up remover and facial cleanser, as well as a moisturiser. Well this one sure does not disappoint! I used it for the first time last night on my face as an overnight moisturiser and the first thing I noticed when I woke this morning is how smooth, supple and soft my skin felt! It is very light and not overly greasy and I'm so glad I have it now as part of my cleansing and moisturising routine. Highly recommend!

This is one of my absolute faves and a must-have for me now. I have used so many different natural products over the years and this by far is the best facial moisturiser I've found. The smell is divine and it leaves your skin so soft and supple. It also works great under make-up. Highly recommend!

I was at Kongwak Markets and came across your shop. Not sure what to expect but I was camping and really needed something a little more for my skin…. I like it to feel clean but also moisturising and something that still smells nice but not oily. I was not expecting to find it here but it was a truly wonderful surprise. This cold cream is absolutely lovely and ticks all the boxes, it is definitely now a staple in my skin care!! I was also getting a little dermatitis on my eye lids & it didn’t react at all. This cold cream is just stunning. I use it as a neck cream every night and it works perfectly. Smells divine, very moisturising but not greasy.
