At Charlie & I we pride ourselves on formulating and providing you with skincare of exeptional quality. We are proud to provide you with a fair returns policy that follows Australian Consumer Law.

So if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products and have used a quarter or less of the product we will gladly accept your returned product within 14 days of the original purchase date. Simply email us at hello@charlieandi.au and we will arrange a refund of the product(s) you are returning after we have received them. All opened and used return products occur a 25% restocking fee. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the product(s). We suggest using a pre-paid and registered postal service when returning a product.

If the product(s) you receive are not what you ordered please notify us at hello@charlieandi.au and we will send you the correct replacement product accompanied by a pre-paid postal satchel addressed to Charlie & I so you can return the incorrect product(s). You will not be charged for the delivery of incorrect product(s).

The best-all purpose moisturiser for mature skin

I bought this lovely product from Lisa at Kongwak Market earlier this year and I cannot say enough good things about it. I was having trouble choosing just one item to treat myself with (the drawbacks of being a single mama), and the smell of this nourishing cream won me over instantly. It melted into my skin, leaving it feeling like velvet, with no sticky residue.

After using it for three months every day, I am an absolute convert and still have plenty left (1-2 pumps covers my entire face and décolletage) I know it's supposed to be a night cream, but I actually use it first thing in the morning. I blend it with my natural BB cream and it creates a beautiful, dewy finish. If I want more coverage, I use my mineral powder and it all sets wonderfully, with no sweating or melting regardless of the weather.

I will be re-ordering as well as adding more products to my collection.
