Returns & Refunds Policy

At Charlie & I we pride ourselves on formulating and providing you with skincare of exeptional quality. We are proud to provide you with a fair returns policy that follows Australian Consumer Law.

So if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products and have used a quarter or less of the product we will gladly accept your returned product within 14 days of the original purchase date. Simply email us at hello@charlieandi.au and we will arrange a refund of the product(s) you are returning after we have received them. All opened and used return products occur a 25% restocking fee. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the product(s). We suggest using a pre-paid and registered postal service when returning a product.

If the product(s) you receive are not what you ordered please notify us at hello@charlieandi.au and we will send you the correct replacement product accompanied by a pre-paid postal satchel addressed to Charlie & I so you can return the incorrect product(s). You will not be charged for the delivery of incorrect product(s).

If your product(s) arrive damaged please notify us at hello@charlieandi.au and we will send you a replacement of the original product you purchased accompanied by a pre-paid postal satchel addressed to Charlie & I so you can kindly post the damaged product(s) back to us. 

If your products(s) arrive damaged and you decide you would prefer to return your product(s) and receive a refund please contact us at hello@charlieandi.au and we will send you a pre-paid postal satchel for the return of the product(s) to us. Once the product(s) are returned we will issue you with a full refund.

Formulation Update: We’ve refreshed our Cleansing Cream with new EcoCert-approved ingredients, featuring a new plant based olive emulsifier and the addition of Natural Vitamin E. While you may notice a slight change in texture, it is still silky and creamy and it provides the exact same high-quality cleanse and nourishing benefits you know and love, leaving your skin feeling soft, supple and hydrated. Now with an even cleaner, more sustainable ingredient profile including Benzyl Alcohol, Salicylic Acid, Glycerin, and Sorbic Acid. The updated ingredients are highlighted in BOLD for you to peruse. Each new ingredient is gentle, natural, non-toxic and Eco Cert Approved.

Use morning and night as the first step in your botanical skincare ritual.

1. Apply: A small amount onto damp skin on your face, neck, and décolletage.

2. Massage: Gently massage the creamy emulsion into your skin for 30-60 seconds using circular motions to ensure thorough cleansing and impurity dissolution.

3. Rinse: Simply rinse away with warm water.

4. Follow: For a complete Charlie + I ritual, follow immediately with a Hydrolat, Serum, and Moisturiser.

 Pro tip: For a deeper cleanse on very heavy make-up days use our Galen's Cold Cream either on it's own or as a double cleanse before our Geranium & Ylang Ylang Cream Cleanser.
