At Charlie & I we pride ourselves on formulating and providing you with skincare of exeptional quality. We are proud to provide you with a fair returns policy that follows Australian Consumer Law.

So if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products and have used a quarter or less of the product we will gladly accept your returned product within 14 days of the original purchase date. Simply email us at hello@charlieandi.au and we will arrange a refund of the product(s) you are returning. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer returning the product(s). We suggest using a pre-paid and registered postal service when returning a product.

If the product(s) you receive are not what you ordered please notify us at hello@charlieandi.au and we will send you the correct replacement product accompanied by a pre-paid postal satchel addressed to Charlie & I so you can return the incorrect product(s). You will not be charged for the delivery of incorrect product(s).

If your product(s) arrive damaged please notify us at hello@charlieandi.au and we will send you a replacement of the original product you purchased accompanied by a pre-paid postal satchel addressed to Charlie & I so you can kindly post the damaged product(s) back to us. 

If your products(s) arrive damaged and you decide you would prefer to return your product(s) and receive a refund please contact us at hello@charlieandi.au and we will send you a pre-paid postal satchel for the return of the product(s) to us. Formulated with Bulgarian Organic Rose Hydrosol and infused with hydrating ingredients of Aloe Vera,  Hyaluronic Acid and DL panthenol-Vitamin B5. BULGARIAN ROSE HYDROSOL:

 

Organic Bulgarian Rose Hydrosol is a true hydrosol produced through the steam distillation of freshly picked Bulgarian Rose Blossoms. This hydrosol has a beautiful and unique uplifting aroma.

Bulgarian Rose Otto Hydrosol is soothing and hydrating to the skin, and assists to reduce redness, refine facial pores and balance the skins complexion.

 

WHITE TEA: 

 

White Tea is a nourishing and protective tonic for the skin, it is particularly beneficial for mature skin and assists to minimise the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. White tea provides potent antioxidant activity to counteract environmental and ultra violet damage to the skin. 

 

HYALURONIC ACID:

 

Hyaluronic Acid is a natural component in our skin and provides protection to cell structures, it serves as a water reservoir for the skin cells. Hyaluronic acid assists to keep the skin soft, supple and well hydrated.

 With age and environmental stress the natural hyaluronic acid in the skin can deplete and the skin looses the ability to store sufficient water. Bio-identical hyaluronic acid provides hydration to our skin cells and has the ability to attract and lock in large volumes of moisture this replenishes the skins moisture levels and assists to revitalise, hydrate and plump the skin, smoothing out the appearance of fine lines and promoting soft, supple hydrated skin with improved elasticity and tone. 

APPLICATION:

Apply morning and evening.  Hold 30cm away from face & lightly spray onto freshly cleansed skin. Alternatively spray onto reusable cotton pads or into the palm of your hand and pat into skin.

Use to refresh & rehydrate throughout the day.

Hydrating lasting

This mist keep skin hydrate very lasting especially in Singapore hunity country.

LOOOVEEEEE

I cannot speak more highly of Lady Bay Botanicals face mists!! I LOVE, LOVE them all! I go through them waaaayyy too fast because I can't get enough of it. I use it after I cleanse my face before my serums and moisturiser and throughout the day to freshen up, especially on a hot day this bad boy is a blessing to have at hand! I even sometimes use it all over my body if im going somewhere special just to smell amazing. Everyone I let try it is absolutely blown away to their happy places. It is beyond my favourite Product of Lady Bay Botanicals. Thank you!
