Sara's Technique
"Remedial Facial Massage is a holistic modern facelift plus corrections, a new combination of remedial, myofascia & aesthetic, as in beauty. That is my signature to gaining strength & relaxation to the facial muscles, without injectables or surgery, at the same time releasing fascia fibres to lift the face, give more contour & correct its form, encouraging changes to the muscle memory.
With continuous repetition of this massage technique, you will see muscle tone and elasticity restored. Skin becomes smoother with the natural production of collagen, which reduces the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles & improves skin texture & congested skin. The natural shape of the face becomes more defined, lifted, aligned with a more youthful appearance, as well as releasing muscle tension from chest, neck upwards allowing a better posture.
When we look good we feel good. There is an interconnection between the way we feel and the way we look. Unresolved or stuck emotions that are dominating your face are stored in our fascia fibres over our lifetime, which can have an impact on how we look.
